Thank you for your interest in the AW Building Group Referral Program. Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions.

This offer is open to Queensland residents aged 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of AW Building Group are not eligible.

• A "new client" is defined as an individual or business that has never previously engaged AW Building Group’s services.
   
• The referred client must mention your full name at the time of their initial inquiry or quotation request for you to be eligible.
   

• Eligible referrers will receive a cashback reward equal to 3% of the referred client’s final contracted project value (excluding GST).
   
• Example: If the referred client's project is $20,000 (ex GST), the referrer will receive a $600 cashback reward.
   

• Cashback is calculated based on the final project value, excluding GST, variations, or additional works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• The referred project must be fully completed and paid in full before any cashback is issued.
   
• Cashback will be paid within 30 days after project completion and receipt of full payment.
   

• One cashback payment per referred new client.
   
• If multiple referrers refer the same client, only the first valid referral received by AW Building Group will be eligible.
   
• Cashback rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
   
• Maximum cashback limit per referral is capped at $5,000 AUD unless otherwise agreed.
   

AW Building Group reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without notice.

Personal information collected during the referral process will be used in accordance with AW Building Group’s Privacy Policy.

Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
